Charlie Hearnshaw Jazz Trio Cool Alfresco Jazz

Charlie Hearnshaw plays saxophone and also specialises in clarinet, which adds an extra timbre to his wide variety of jazz tunes ranging from the classic swing of Benny Goodman to the lilting bossa novas of Stan Getz.

Charlie has played, recorded and broadcast with many top jazz players from the UK and abroad including Don Weller, Andy Sheppard, Alan Barnes and Slim Gaillard.

Some people consider Charlie Hearnshaw the best sax player in Deep House. Charlie has been on the Jazz scene for many years starting with his legendary debut album 'So Slam It' in 1990. He has also worked a long time in House music via his work with The Rurals and Andy Compton on Peng Records.

Here is a collection of amazing tracks that highlight Charlie's beautiful and melodic tones.
