WE'RE COMING BACK SO SAVE THE 2024 FESTIVAL DATES IN YOUR DIARY FROM 23 TO 27 MAY
The weather gods were shining on the festival from Friday 26 to Monday 29 May in the stunning Regency town of Sidmouth.
The festival atmosphere was amazing as thousands of music fans and families flocked to soak up the superb live music performances and the warm sunshine at the festival main outdoor performance stage located in Blackmore Gardens and at the many local fringe venues.
Our evening headline concerts kicked off with the wonderful Curtis Stigers on Friday 26 May followed by The Brand New Heavies on Saturday 27 May, Mud Morganfield on Sunday 28 May and Courtney Pine on Monday 29 May.
We can’t thank our headline and support artistes enough for their enthralling and captivating performances, thank you to Victoria Klewin, Slinky Machine, Zoe Schwarz Blue Commotion and Alex Clarke.
We also thank Benoit Viellefon and his Hot Club for a wonderful afternoon concert on Monday 29 May.
Our free music programme was incredibly well attended which ran from 12.00pm to 5.30pm from Saturday 27 to Monday 29 May. There were so many highlights to celebrate and there was a warm friendly atmosphere each day.
It was a joy to see so many people enjoying themselves listening and dancing to the eclectic mix of live music.
We send our gratitude to all the artistes and musicians that performed on our free music stage…. You were all ‘awesome’, Fay Patton, The Violet Jive, Dom Pipkin and The Iko’s, The Connor Selby Band, Orpheus, The Adam Sweet Band, Roland Gift and The Blacks, The Jazz Defenders, All Jazzed Up, Indira Roman & Aji Pa'Ti, Hannah Williams and The Affirmations and The Big Smoke Family.
