Your accommodation is only confirmed when you received an email from our accommodation partner – the Festival does not provide your accommodation directly and only takes your booking on behalf of our accommodation partners.
You have a 14 day cooling off period during which time you and request a full refund. After this time no refunds are offered. You may change your accommodation or receive a refund for your accommodation only at the discretion of your selected accommodation partner after this time.
