We were immensely pleased to have partnered the festivals free outdoor community music performances and the Mica Paris headline concert.
The Jurassic Coast – our home – is considered one of the most significant earth science teaching and research sites in the world. It is a true representation of evolution and progress, but with a respect for heritage.
Working within the wider community is very much part of our ethos as an organisation and we wish the festival organisers all the absolute best with their exciting plans for the 2023 festival.

We had the most amazing evening at the Joe Stilgoe concert, which we jointly partnered. It was such a brilliant night and my clients had just the best time, in fact they loved it!

I have lived in Sidmouth for over 35 years and the inaugural 2022 Jazz festival was unquestionably the best organised, most enlivening and enriching event I have ever witnessed here.
The town with its stunning setting and plentiful accommodation is the perfect setting on the south Devon and Dorset coastline, for such an event.
I hope it will become an annual and growing feature of the town and help to give Sidmouth another reason to be. It can attract a bigger variety of people to the town and massively widen the cultural appeal of the region.
Ian Bowden and his team worked tirelessly and against considerable obstacles to make this first festival happen.
They will need ongoing help and encouragement to now make it burgeon into the long-term game changing event that we need and that the changing demographic in Sidmouth will gladly embrace.
As the largest Independent Estate Agency in the West country, Bradleys Estate Agents were delighted to partner this exciting new cultural event for Sidmouth and the Devon region.
We were particularly proud to have supported the diverse free community music performances during the festival which provided free access to fantastic live music for the wider community, which is particularly close to our core having been sponsoring events in our communities since 1992.
The brand awareness and profile that we received by partnering the festival was excellent and we very much hope to be able to partner the festival again in 2023.

We were delighted to partner both the free community music programme and the fabulous Ronnie Scott’s All Stars headline concert.
It was a joy to see the town full of life and hear Jazz throughout the valley and the entire festival was so professionally organised.
The range and variety of music was so refreshing, and everyone had such a wonderful time.
We are very much looking forward to next year!
Feedback from all our guests has been excellent from the festival…everyone was extremely impressed and clearly the weather helped massively.
We noticed a much more accessible nature to this festival and people could wonder around and access the festival without venues being ticketed and helped massively incorporating a lot of the smaller venues in town so everyone could access it.
It was so good to see people and musicians eating and drinking in local venues so felt very much that the local economy very much benefitted from the festival and the money very much stayed in the valley, so we were super impressed from that perspective.
A huge well done!
Sidmouth Town Council was delighted to support the 2022 Sidmouth International Jazz and Blues Festival.
Our decision to support this new event was made because of the benefits it brings to both residents and visitors economically and socially, through enhancing the cultural offer of Sidmouth and we are pleased that in its first year, it was so well received.
The organisers worked collaboratively from the very start of the project with the Council and local organisations to bring a quality event to the town.
We have received excellent feedback from some of our hotels commenting on how accessible the music and venues were for all, bringing the benefits from holding such an event to as many festival goers and businesses as possible.
The organisers wish to source venues and refreshments as local as possible, is really appreciated whilst the atmosphere in the town was one of a happy festival being enjoyed by all whether it be residents, musicians or visitors to the town.

The festival was very professionally organised to an extremely high standard and the feedback during the festival when we were managing our onsite bar facilities was fantastic and so complimentary regarding the wide variety of quality music on offer at the festival.
