Blackmore Gardens is located within the heart of Sidmouth and is the festival's main outdoor performance venue.
The gardens play host to the festival's evening headline concerts which take place from Friday 26 to Monday 29 May.
Our exceptional and free vibrant music performances also take place on the outdoor stage within the gardens from Saturday 27 to Monday 29 May from 12.00pm to 5.30pm each day!

CONCESSIONS CHOICES INCLUDE; ASIAN, THAI, WOODFIRED PIZZAS, MEXICAN, BBQ, BAGELS, (INCLUDING VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN OPTIONS) ICE CREAM, COFFEE, CAKES AND MORE.
BAR/DRINK FACILITIES WILL BE MANAGED AND RUN BY OUR FESTIVAL PARTNERS BRANSCOMBE BREWERY, A WIDE SELECTION OF AWARD -WINNING CRAFT BEERS, CIDER, LAGER, WINES, SPARKLING WINE, SPIRITS AND A SELECTION OF SOFT DRINKS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
- Evening Headline Ticketed Concerts - Gates open at 7.00pm on Friday 26 to Monday 29 May.
- Free Outdoor Music Performances - Gates open from 11.00am with live music from 12.00pm to 5.30pm on Saturday 27 to Monday 29 May.
- Ticket Checks - Tickets will be checked on entrance to the gardens for all ticketed evening concerts, please provide proof of purchase either
as a physical hard copy printed version of your ticket. You may also show proof of your ticket purchase electronically on a mobile/tablet device. - Toilet Facilities – These are provided at the venue including accessibility toilet facilities.
- Medical Facilities - Experienced medical staff will be present should there be the unfortunate circumstance that medical treatment may be required.
- Bag Checks - By law and subject to our license it is our responsibility to carry out bag checks on entrance to the venue.
This is for the safety of all those that are attending the festival and we will have dedicated staff and marshals to ensure that your entrance to the gardens is as swift and as easy as possible. - Food & Drink - Food, alcohol and picnics will not be permitted into the gardens with the exception of water.
- Working With Regional Producers - At every opportunity we have strived to work with as many East Devon based producers.
- Surrendered of Alcohol - On point of entry, alcohol will be surrendered.
- Venue Concessions - The festival has arranged a diverse range of quality food concessions at the gardens for you to enjoy.
- Venue Security - Professional trained security staff will be present at the gardens to ensure safety and order is maintained on each day.
- Please note that whilst we wish everyone that attends to have a fantastic experience, we will enforce strict measures to maintain public order and safety. We will evict persons from the venue should we deem this to be a necessary course of action, as the safety of the public, staff, performers, traders, and volunteer is paramount.
- Lost Children Point - This will be located at our 'Medical Point' and our staff will then proceed to locate the appropriate parents/family members.
- Lost Property - This will be located at one of the main entrances to the gardens where lost property will be stored for collection.
- Proof of ownership of lost property will be required on collection.
- Information Point - This will be located near to one of the two main entrances within the gardens.
- Picnic Benches - A number of wooden picnic benches will be provided in the gardens at designated areas near to the bar and food concessions.
- Waste & Rubbish Facilities - Designated waste bins and recycling containers will be provided at the gardens and we politely ask that you dispose
of any waste responsibly in the facilities provided. - Glass - The gardens has a strict policy of 'no glass' and only the use of plastic glasses.
- Plastics/Cardboard - Plastic water and drink bottles, plastic and cardboard food containers, and eating utensils will be recycled.
- Dogs - Dogs are permitted within the gardens but owners must take full responsibility for their welfare.
- Smoking Facilities - Smoking is permitted but only in the designated areas provided within the gardens.
- Children's Entertainment - We will be providing various entertainment during the free days of live music between 27 to 29 May from 11.00am.

There is no immediate parking facilities at Blackmore Gardens.

COMPLAINTS PROCCEDURE
We have taken all due care and consideration into account to manage the festival and our live music performances to the highest standards.
Our live music operational hours will take place on the following days and times at Blackmore Gardens.

We have put in place a carefully considered noise management plan so that the sound levels are in accordance with our approved licensing conditions.
We are committed to ensuring that nearby residents are not affected by the live music and that those that attend the festival have an enjoyable experience.
